Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare sheet trays with silicone mat.
In the stand mixer, cream together white sugar, brown sugar, and butter for approximately 5 minutes. The color should lighten.
While the butter and sugar is working move on to dry ingredients. In a separately bowl, combine flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add egg and extract. Continue mixing until it becomes glossy (approximately 3 min)
Once egg is fully incorporated, turn mixture to low. In three parts, slowly add flour mixture.
Do not over mix. When the flour is added, turn off mixer.
Hand crush half of the cereal (35g).
Fold crushed and uncrushed cereal into the dough mixture.
Using your hands, make 1-1/2 in balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden in color.
